Does passport required to travel?
Yes passport is mandatory if you travelling out of your country and validity should be 06 months of your passport while travelling whereas if you are travelling within your specific country then there is no need of passport but you need valid govt id proof to travel.
Can I able to get wheelchair assistance during the tour and do I need to pay extra for the same?
It is imperative that you bring a companion with you that can push you in a wheelchair. We cannot have the tour guides pushing wheelchairs. If you bring someone and they cannot push you in the wheelchair, you may miss certain parts of the trip. Please notify us if you require a wheelchair so that we can plan on having one available for you. There is a $150 charge for wheelchair rental during the trip. Please note that wheelchair access may not be available at all sites.
Is it mandatory to reach airport 03 hours before departure?
Due to security, check-in and other formalities before flight departure. Airlines recommend reaching airport 03 hours before departure so you don’t face any issues at the last minute boarding.
Do I need to pay extra while making payment by Credit Card/Debit Card?
Deposits and the Single Supplement option picked at the time of sign-up may be paid for with Cash, Check, Credit Card, and Debit Cards. Non-refundable $500 deposit per person is due upon sign-up. Airfare Deposit payment of $1,000 must be made to FLYENDLESS no later than 30 days after trip registration. It can be paid only by cash, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. Balance is due 120 Days before USA Departure Date. This payment can be made only by cash, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. There is a charge of $300.00 late fee penalty per person if paying balance within the 120-day mark. This does not apply to people who sign up last minute, which is within the 120-day mark. Fee can be waived if payment is sent overnight and we are notified of tracking number.
Can I able to download my boarding pass before reaching airport?
Yes you can download your boarding pass 24 hours prior to your departure which doing web check-in on airlines website. Once you done with web check-in you can save a copy of your boarding pass on your mobile phone or take a print out of it to avoid long queues at the check-in counter.
Can I upgrade my air ticket once I purchased it?
Yes you can upgrade your air ticket depending on the airlines and your air ticket fares. From economy class to business class or first class you can upgrade by paying additional charges and our team will assist you in doing the same without any hassle.
After purchasing my ticket can I change the same?
Yes you can change your air ticket after purchasing whereas it depends on the airlines and the fare rules of your air ticket which you purchased. For any kind of change you need to pay additional charges to the airlines or you can call our customer care support and our team will do the needful on behalf of you.
What can I do if my name is incorrect on the air ticket?
If your name is incorrect on your air ticket you need to inform us on immediate basis once you receive the air ticket so our team can check and get the solution for you. Please note our experts always double check with you before confirming your air tickets through phone and email and still if there is mistake from customer side then changes charges needs to be borne by customer.
